Sign in the box with your mouse, trackpad or finger. Each stroke replays in the order you drew it.

How it works

  1. 1Sign in the box with your mouse, trackpad or finger. Each stroke you lift becomes its own layer.
  2. 2Watch it replay in order, traced by circles.
  3. 3Open it in the editor to change ink color and speed, then export a transparent GIF, WebM or PNG.

Tips

  • Write a little bigger and slower than usual; smooth strokes look best when redrawn.
  • Dots and crossings (the i dot, the t bar) are separate strokes and are replayed in the order you drew them.
  • For email footers, export a GIF: most email apps don't play video.
  • Prefer typed script? The text tool writes your name in 16 fonts, including several handwriting styles.

Questions

How do I make an animated signature for my email?
Sign in the box, open the result in the editor, and export a GIF with a transparent background. Add the GIF to your email signature as an image. Keep it small, around 400 pixels wide, so it loads quickly.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
No. Your strokes stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server unless you create a share link yourself, and even then the drawing lives inside the link, not in a database.
